Returns<\/b><\/h3>\n

  • Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns for defaults must be reported within 7 days <\/span>and returned within 10 Days.Where a refund is demanded , a 10% handling fee will be deducted.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.<\/li>\n
  • All purchased items are made available for collection at our Factory in Strand, If customer chooses delivery option ,Delivery fee will be  determined in relation to delivery distance from our factory location.<\/li>\n
  • All items made available for collection or that is delivered will be sealed in the original packaging.<\/li>\n
  • The person receiving the item\/s will be required to sign the proof of receipt\/delivery to indicate that each item has been received undamaged and exactly as ordered<\/li>\n
  • Should the item be damaged or the packaging is not in place, this must be indicated on the proof or receipt\/delivery and the company representative and the person receiving the item must both sign the proof of receipt\/delivery to this effect. If necessary, the item may be returned or swapped out at a later date if stock is not available should the item be irreparable.<\/li>\n
  • Luxe Pine Furniture cannot be held liable under its warranty policy for any damages visible at time of collection or after installation that have not been indicated on the proof of receipt\/delivery by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Exchange and returns policy<\/span><\/h4>\n

    • Should a customer choose to assemble their own purchases and it does not comply with the description given. <\/span>No refunds or exchanges will be entertained for merchandise that has been assembled by the customer or customer\u2019s representative.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The purchase price will be refunded in the same form of payment tender made by the customer and may be subject to a handling fee.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Delivery fees are non refundable<\/span><\/li>\n
    • The exchange and refunds policy does not apply to mattresses unless the item\/s is returned due to a manufacturer\u2019s defect. The item will then be sent back to our <\/span>mattress supplier and replaced if deemed faulty.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Luxe Pine Furniture reserves the right for a company appointed or manufacturer <\/span>representative to inspect the item before a refund, repair or replacement is <\/span>Considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      General<\/h3>\n

      Installed Luxe Pine Furniture products have a workmanship warranty of 6 months from date of installation by our installers.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Proof of purchase is required for the terms of the LPF warranty policy to come into operation.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Warranties are only applicable to items that have been used in a domestic environment and do not apply to items used for commercial purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Should the item be subject to manufacturers\u2019 defect, Luxe Pine Furniture will repair or replace the item at no charge once it has been inspected by LPF rep <\/span>within 7 days of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear associated with domestic use and natural wood effects or characteristic imperfections such as shrinkage and <\/span>changes in colour with time.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Luxe Pine Furniture will not be liable for any damage whatsoever whether direct or consequential arising from the use of the merchandise.<\/span><\/p>\n

      A further 1 year warranty is available on all products where Classic Designs x or replace broken items<\/span><\/p>\n

      Additional non-returnable items:<\/p>\n

       <\/span>Made to order products have been produced specifically for you, therefore no refunds can be made on the deposit or full payment. If there is an error on our part regarding the product specification or if the product is found to be faulty, Luxe pine furniture will rectify the fault. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

      • Please note we do not offer free returns. Returns are on the customers account. You can return the product with your chosen courier. Where our own couriers are requested, the return amount equivalent to the shipping fee will be deducted. Initial Shipping fees are non refundable<\/li>\n
      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/li>\n
